Hey,
I would like to ultimately get from DVD to MPEG to a VCD. So far I've ripped the whole DVD onto my hdd and used flaskmpeg to do somesort of conversion of IFO files. My problem is that I don't know what to do with the files that were created from flaskmpeg from the BBmpeg encoder. I ended up with two files that aren't MPEG but take up the same space as the audio and video that were put in. The guide said to then drag the MPEG files into Nero but I didn't get MPEG files when I used the BBmpeg encoder. What do I do with these files (both named flaskout, but one is much larger than the other file). What software should I use if I wanted to burn onto a CD. I downloaded the software rippack from this website and used those to do the decrypting. If I already have a burning software like Adaptec CD Creator 5 and it has an option for creating Video CDs can I use that instead of Nero or should I stick with what was instructed?

Sorry I forgot something

Is there anyway to fit any size movie onto one CD which is, lets say 650 or 700 MB? My first attempt using a 90 minute movie ended up being a little over 700. Now I know that I can't fit that all on one CD. If I use two CDs does that mean that part of the movie I'll have to switch to the other CD to see or what? I read the guide that explains this for the Flaskmpeg BBMPEG encoder but I don't understand what it means. Could you explain it to me? Thanks.

for fitting it to one cd you will be needing a bitrate calculator, although if its just a little over 700mb try cutting off the end credits
