Sometimes, when you add a audio stream to a DVD, the max bitrate is exceeded. A solution is to strip the m2v and recompress just that small segment. When it's a NTSC stream, maybe a mix of film and video, I can apply a hard-telecine, but another posibility is replicate the original (segment) stream exact pulldown pattern (a way just identical to what DVdREbuilder does).
Is there a program to do this ? (input two m2v files and copy the pulldown pattern from one to the other).
