Hey friends,
I was trying to create VCDs from some video files on my hard disk. For this after many discussions on many forums & trials, I had decided to try Panasonic MPEG1 Encoder commercial version for making VCD compliant Mpeg files. Now I know VCDs are almost a thing of past and most people don't use them anymore but I was hoping if someone here still had a copy of the commercial version of Panasonic Encoder on a old backup CD or something for me. I have searched on the net quite a lot for this but without success.
