merge wave or mp2 files

is it possible to merge 2 or more wave files to 1 wave file,
or to merge 2 or more mp2 files to 1 mp2 file with command line,
an command line example would be nice.

then, use BeSweet v1.0 :
BeSweet -core( -input list.lst -output output.wav -payload )
