Hi,

When I try to encode a video file (any file that is) and I want to include audio in the output before it starts encoding megui gives me an error no matter what audio type I use (either nero, winamp or mp3)

For AAC it's the following error:

Error:
enc_aacplus.dll not found in the path... nscrt.dll must be in your Windows System directory...
********************************************************************
* AACPlus v2 Encoder (using Winamp 5.2 enc_aacplus.dll)
* Source timestamp Mon May 15 17:24:26 2006
* Build May 15 2006, 17:24:35
********************************************************************
* NOTE! enc_aacplus.dll must be into executable directory
* get it from Winamp 5.2 plugins directory
* tested on Winamp 5.2 Release Feb 23 2006 Full (Not Pro) version)
********************************************************************
Input file: -
Output file: C:\Users\Andr3w\Desktop\rr.aac
SampleRate: 32000
ChannelCount: 3
BitsPerSample: 16
Bitrate: 96000
ChannelMode: Multichannel
Encoder: aacPlus v2 (HE-AAC+PS)
Can't create encoder!
-------------------------

The files mentioned are in their respective locations (enc_accplus file in tools dir @ megui installation [megui\tools\enc_aacplus], nscrt.dll @ windows system, windows dir & system32 dir)

Dunno what the error is, I just hope you can save me with this

for mp3 I get error in the encoding process but it's worse that the AAC because I don't get any error message at all at the log window, the log is like this:

------------------------------------------------------
Log for job job5
Input: Channels=3, BitsPerSample=16, SampleRate=32000Hz
Command line used: C:\megui\tools\lame\lame.exe --abr 128 -h --silent - "C:\Users\Andr3w\Desktop\rr.mp3"
Error:
------------------------------------------------------
End of log for job5
------------------------------------------------------

Now dunno what happens there too...

Please help me as I can't encode at all audio with megui...

Thanks a lot! and it's a great forum! :thanks:

nscrt.dll and enc_aacplus.dll must be in the same directory with enc_aacPlus.exe
