How to change the pitch from 25fps to 23.976fps in TimeFactory?

I want to change the pitch of a pal audio stream to match the original pitch of 23.976/24fps while keeping the speed of 25fps. But I don't know the right settings for Semitones and Cents.
Does anybody know the right settings?

I am writing this from memory, but I believe there is also an option of doing it by changing the speed of the audio stream. You just have to slow it down by 4.2%.
I will confirm when I get home.

No, I don't want to speedup or slowdown the audio, I only want to change the pitch to match the original 23,976fps. But since I don't know nothin about semitones and cents I don't know what values I've to choose.
