Lost Audio

Hello,

I am trying to convert AVI files into the proper format so that I can watch them on my IPOD. I used Prism Video Converter which allowed me to convert my AVI file into an MP4. However, I lost the audio. Can anyone halp me witht this software or recommend another one.
