i recorded some video, and i have been trying to export to all kinds of formats from the avi format. i have the end result in a mp4 format with the h264 codec; my problem is with my video after rendered, the video starts out at a normal speed for about 5 seconds then the fps goes to a snails pace, and sometimes jumps ahead about 100 frames and the audio keeps right on going at normal speed
heres (http://homegoods.zoomshare.com/files/Untitled.rar) the video

For me, your sample played in synch throughout - under both VLC and QuicktimePro. The only thing I noticed was a bit of choppiness in the video.
What are the specs of your system?

Have you now tried playing it under either VLC or QuicktimePro?

listen closely you can here it flyby and it doesn't correspond to the video. this is how it is supposed to look (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KVNZgdqlPFk). there is something wrong

maybe it has to do with the recorded video from the video camera, because this doesn't happen to other videos ive rendered

maybe it has to do with the recorded video from the video camera, because this does happen to other videos ive renderedBut I've told you that I didn't experience the problem you described when playing your rendered sample, so how could it have anything to do with your camera?
Perhaps I'm not qualified to discern the difference but, witht the "this is how it's supposed to look" version, the overwhelming music precluded me from discerning the original video's audio...
BTW - If the "This is how it's supposed to look version" is "right", how did you create it and why did you have the need to post a question here?

its not about the music. look how fast the video with the music plays,
theres a huge difference. the other one goes plays very slow
i rendered it in the mpeg format which was the only working format i found... but some people complain about they cant play it

If you've rendered it as compliant MPEG-1, it should be universally playable. If rendered as compliant MPEG-2, it should be "almost universal' - certainly playable on any system capable of playing DVDs...
