Denoise a DVD that was recorded from VHS (Sample clip inside)

Hi guys. I'm very very new (in fact totally newbish) when it comes to avisynth. I got many videos (about 120) that I need to denoise because it contains artifacts.

Here is a sample of the DVD below.

I cut out the noise to reduce size. I am planning to setup the filters in DVD-RB pro.

Please help me about the filters that I need to use and its settings. The amount of time taken to 'fix' a DVD does not matter.

You could try mc_spuds. This is how I use it:

By the way, when transferring VHS, it's good to use a VCR with a built in Time Base Corrector (TBC) - this reduces the wobble in the picture. You can't do this easily (at all) after the transfer. Some VCRs have useful denoising built in too, though mc_spuds is better (but much slower!)

Thnks man. It is not tape though but DVDs that have been bought as is. They have already been converted to DVD by the owners of the VHS. (At the time of making the tapes, DVDs were not available back then)

And how do I add those filters in DVD-RB? If I cant, how do I setup avisynth to denoise/correct complete DVDs?
