Hi all. I've been working on this problem for a week now, and can't find anything to help me. I'm pretty sure I'm just doing something incredibly stupid and missing something very obvious.
What I'm trying to do is rip a DVD and convert it to avi (xvid) with AGK. The DVDs are all episodic, so I've been ripping the streams separately. I want to have subtitles on these videos, but I also want to be able to disable them sometimes.
Here's where the problem begins.
I'm using the option "use external subtitles" in AGK. From what I've gathered, this is the option that I want in order to be able to enable/disable subtitles when I want to. However, the file it's making for the subtitles is a 72 byte rar with a .sub file inside that's 0 bytes. So, obviously, the subtitles aren't showing up.
I got it to work one time, but God only knows how I did it. Perhaps it was an option I ticked in DVD Decrypter, perhaps it was something random in AGK that I selected - so I know it can be done, I just don't know how.
Anybody out there rip DVDs and use external subtitles? If so, can you please (please! :eek:) help me out and tell me what settings you use or what you think I'm doing wrong?
