need some filters help

as i was searching for limited shrpener ,LSF,blackman Resieze ANd i couldnt find them can some one give me the link to these Dll Files and tell me how to use them to optimal use

Blackman is internal (http://avisynth.org/mediawiki/Internal_filters#Geometric_deformation_filters)... you don't need anything except avisynth
Optimal usage depends on the clip you work with and on the results you want.

But note that you need version 2.58, earlier versions (including the still currently 'official' release 2.57) don't have it.
