--zones <zone0>/<zone1>/... Tweak the bitrate of some regions of the video

Each zone is of the form
<start frame>,<end frame>,<option>
where <option> is either q=<integer> (force QP) or b=<float> (bitrate multiplier)


For example --zones 214,341,b=1.5/1414,5251,q=10/7141,10574,q=17

The above would give you 150% bitrate from frames 214-341, a qp of 10 from frames 1414-5251, and a qp of 17 from frames 7141-10574.

so the frames 214 to 341 got 50% more than the other frames; where will the 50% be reduced in the video?

or I am wrong and there is another explanation for that?
