LSharpAAF (http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?t=153835) agglutinates enough anti-aliasings. You should use that offer you better look according your source.

You seem to like posting this question. It would be much more valuable for everybody if you would explain what you think is required that would justify an update. If it ain't broke, don't fix it.

I'm dealing with my claymore Japanese dvds.Looks like it's most of hard-telecined and ending credits pure interlaced.


Claymore is VFR.
Opening/Endings, excluding credits texts, are a mixture of 23.98p and 59.94i. The anime itself is animated at 30p.

I tried to move up usemocompi definition in the script, but the script drops:

error.

but use it with nnedi3pel instead of nnedi2pel

edit2: some note about iFade and Anti-aliasing and other remnants Interlaced, here (http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?p=1639679), so try not to use iFade and aa in AnimeIVTC

for Anti-aliasing use maa2 (http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?t=168315) or maa2mod (http://pastebin.com/fqR4CMbV)

and now you can use an External bobber (http://pastebin.com/UaSEtX8i), Details inside the script, EX:- AnimeIVTC(2, bbob=5, extbob=MC_A_bob, mode22=true)

I've an NTSC source which has field blends, where QTGMC().srestore(23.976) works generally well, but there are some sequences of frames where srestore doesn't quite get it right and doesn't select the correct frames, so a frame is skipped and instead there's a sequence "good frame - blended frame".

I've tried AnimeIVTC(mode=2,bbob=4) and it seems to be working quite great with it. I haven't found such problems thus far.

My question is, what is that AnimeIVTC line doing that's different from the above QTGMC+srestore? I tried to look at the code but it's too advanced for me. I understand QTGMC is called (from bbob=4) and srestore is used as well, but somehow it's doing something different, I'd like to understand what's going on.

your source dont need chrfix from what I saw
maybe you can try it with mode22 like this
