[Question]Video and audio not synch. How to fix

hi mates! I have a mp4 video (raw anime) but when i encode video and audio then mux it together, it's out of sync T.T and i saw video has 3m , audio has 2m59s T.T . My friend say it's vfr and timecode problem. So can anyone show me how to fix it or tranfer timecode from mp4 video to muxed file . thank :D
