some dvd movies allow you to select the screen ratio

If you ever watched Snatch for instance, or Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels, you would see that the dvd gives you the option of viewing the movie in either fullscreen or widescreen mode. I have Scenarist NT and I was wondering how do I go about doing this?? Would I have to encode the movie twice on the DVD? Does anyone know?

You would have to encode the movie twice and depending on the length of the movie you would probably have to encode it at low quality since you can only fit 120 minutes of DVD quality video on a disc.
