ntsc to pal audio problem

Hello everyone,

I'm trying to take audio of one of my ntsc dvd's and convert it to pal. I tried using besweet but when I make the conversion the pitch is wrong. I couldn't get behappy to work. Does anyone else know a program I can use to convert the audio?

I'm also getting some errors when I convert the audio in besweet. I took the ac3 file straight from the vob and demuxed it with dvd decrypter. Is there a better way I should be doing it?

Use eac3to with eac3toGUI. Load your AC3 file, select your kbps, select your Force Filter... if you're unsure which one to use select Libav. On the next tab (conversion 2... i think) select PAL speed up, then start converting.

I've used this method several times, works great for me.
