seeking tool for muxing m2v and audio

Hello.

I use mp4box to mux .mp4 and .m4a streams. I'm looking for a similar (windows cmdline) tool to mux .m2v and .mp3 (or ac3) streams.

Any suggestions ? GUIs only if no alternative...

And if you are looking for the highest possible muxing quality, use the free version of MuxMan (current version 0.16.6) in conjunction with the BatchMux utility by Sir Didymus.
