What’s one way that Google is different from AOL, Yahoo and Microsoft? It’s the only one of the big Internet companies that doesn’t put a link to its privacy policy on its home page.

It isn't "hidden" when you can google it and it'll be the first result that comes up. It would be hidden if they intentionally took it out of the search results.

Given how absolutely obsessed Google is with keeping their homepage clean, I can understand their point here...

My customized Google homepage has a link to "Privacy Policy", right after "Business Solutions". The classic Google home page does not - BIG DEAL.

Google - people like it or they don't; it's really that simple. As long as you can find the privacy policy, it's all good...
