Hi all,

I got an .avi file with joint stereo mp3 where the original English track runs with another language track (Portugese or Latin, dunno) AT THE SAME TIME.

It's like someone dubbed the video but forgot to remove the original audio.

I want the original English track. I figured the other language would reside on a separate on audio track but Mediainfo says there is only one audio track.

so, how do i go bout this?

this is the info on the file:

Audio #0
Codec : MPEG-1 Audio layer 3
Codec profile : Joint stereo
PlayTime : 20mn 240ms
Bit rate : 126 Kbps
Bit rate mode : CBR
Channel(s) : 2 channels
Sampling rate : 48 KHz
Resolution : 16 bits
Video0 delay : 24ms
StreamSize : 18.1 MiB
Writing library : LAME3.97

Please enlighten me bcoz i really need them files n they are the only ones available.

The easiest (and best) solution at this point would be to simply re-encode from the original file.
