Can Avs script file convert to exe?

I have a question ,can the avs script file convert to exe ?
Which application can convet avs to exe file?
Any knows?

Why the hell would you want to do that? The only thing a avs does is point avisynth to the streams and applies the filters you have chosen, there is no advantage/point in converting an avs to a exe, an avs file is a script, not a programing lanuage.
