All in one to AVI?

Hi I am looking for a program for converting mp4's that Nero makes to AVI for a Divx player, and no I don't want Divx since it's crashing on me all the time even after clean installing it. I tried Virtualdub but that does not recognize the file either.

You could try AutoMKV, Staxrip, SUPER, or MediaCoder.

Have you considered buying a stand-alone player with NeroDigital support/certification?

Super sounds good, but I think I might need a divx type codec? I already tried one mp4 to avi and it said codec not supported and I know the player uses Divx.

As far as I can remember, the Philips DVP642 dates back to Mar/Apr 2004
