Alternatives to Camtasia for screen grabbing?

In the past, when I wanted to make an AVI out of a flash animation I used Camtasia. Some weeks ago, due to some hardware conflicts, I removed my sound card and started using the onboard one. Upon trying to make an AVI out of an animation downloaded a couple of days ago, Camtasia regused to capture the sound from the onboard audio. What alternatives would you recommend me in order to convert an SWF file to AVI?

Though I hate to recommend crappy payware, the only good converter I've found was Amor SWF to Video Converter, which stands out from the others because it lets you change the resolution at which it renders the flash clip (rather than just upsize the output). Its still crap though, because it crashes if you try to export to any good video format; its redeeming factor is that it does JPEG sequences.

I also heard something about ffmpeg getting some flash support, so you could look into that.

VirtualDub can do screen capturing.

Are you running Vista? The only way I can capture the audio from my system there is by making Stereo-Mix the default recording device.

Thanks for the suggestions so far, I'll try some of them and report back.

Camstudio does not record the audio either, I think might be an issue of the onboard audio simply not allowing it. I'll try to find out more about ffmpeg's flash support.
