h264 remuxed mp4 won't play, no matter what

All right let's start from the beginning

I was using Gotsent a while ago to remux my movies. 2 days ago i downloaded a new movie and tried to open it with gotsent with no succes..

The beta's above 23 (b10) won't open at all.

Now, i'm being helped with this issue on another forum.
Meanwhile i've been trying other methods to remux it. This time with avidemux.

I set the setting to this (did this a billion times with different combo's)

Video: copy
Audio: AAC and also AC3 lavc
container: MP4

Now when i remux the WHOLE video and try to open it with mpc i get an error:

I've looked over the whole internet, enabled and dissabled internal filters, installed and reinstalled codecs. Nothing works..

BUUUT... When i convert a small portion of the movie, let's say 5 minutes, It works. odd...
