Hey i can only get a git file for linux from there . . but i need a C file . .:(

Git is a version control system and it is possible to use it on Windows too. If you don't want to find out how, there are daily x264 snapshots available here (as clearly indicated in the x264 page at Videolan.org): ftp://ftp.videolan.org/pub/videolan/x264/snapshots/
