VGA Capture Card (video)

Hi guys, I was browsing around attempting to find some capture cards which accept VGA input but the only ones I can seem to find are ones for grabbing still frames. Does anyone know of some cards which can record footage from a VGA source? Resolution will likely be 640x480.
