Hi,
I sort of had this problem before and corrected it OK, but this time doing the same thing didn't work.
I have a DVD title of about 20 minutes long. I do the usual rip to HD with DVD Decrypter and then encode with AutoGK.
However, this time the frame size chosen was 640 x 416 rather than the expected 640 x 480 (source is 4:3). The pixels are removed from the bottom of the frame.
When I had this happen previously I went into the hidden options and set the autocrop threshold to 0 (from 34).
I re-encoded and the frame size was then correct - 640 x 480, however the length of the video was truncated, instead of encoding the entire video it stopped at about 16 minutes.
Does anyone have any ideas?
Should I post a log file?
I've searched the forum as much as I can but can't find any other post with a similar problem.
