Hello,

I'm looking for a solution to edit mpeg 2 files.
Premiere Pro doesn't keep tha audio after cutting to timeline.
To rip this file to avi it's rezults a huge avi file.
To get video and audio stream it is difficult to edit in Premiere.
I'll be glad to get an idea for a posibility to edit this file, something like Premire or something else !
Please help me !

Hi,
Mpeg 2 files are from capture by ASUS ilicon WDM Video capture card.
I tried to edit them on Premiere Pro 7.0 which and I loose the audio after I cut it and put it on Timeline.
I know that mpeg files are not files to be edit but must be a solution !
Thanks
Vivian

Videoredo (http://www.videoredo.net) - mostly intended for chomping ads out of TV shows, but capable of more.

VideoReDo ... or the free Mpeg2Schnitt which is similar and what I used for ages before purchasing VideoReDo.
