regions change

I have a movie that is"ntsc" but i need to change it to a different region, does any one know how to do this?

Changing the region code may not be sufficient. But most PAL players and TV can play NTSC movies anyway. To9 change the region code, load the ripped DVD in PgcEdit (http://www.videohelp.com/~r0lZ/pgcedit/index.html), click on the green globe icon, click region free and save. Burn.
