problem with media player classic and dts sound

hi,

i have a problem with the mediaplayerclassic.
i have the versions 6486 and 6491, when i play a movie with dts sound the video is lagging every few seconds, it makes a small "jump", when i turn off dts decoder and play video again the lag/jumps are gone ...
i can play the movies in powerdvd and wmp without lags, just in mplayer classic... :(

someone has an idea?

What is the resolution of the video? What is your CPU?

different videos with differnet resolutions, always same :(

system is running on an c2d e6700 (2,66gh) with 2gb ram

Try ac3filter. I use it for decoding DTS with no problems.
