tsMuxer error

I encoded an MP4 home video in Adobe Premiere, then converted it to MKV with MKVMerge. I then used TsMuxer to mux it into M2TS, but I get the following error:

"Matroska parse error: invalid H264 NAL unit size. NAL unit truncated"

Does anyone know how to fix it? Thanks!
