Display AC3 headers?

Is there a program that I can use to display the headers on an AC3 file? Dialog normalization level, Dolby Surround mode, etc.?

I swear I used to have one, but I reformatted a few months ago and can't find it...

You can use Azid with the -b option to display AC3 Bit Stream Information.
