ASS Subs from H264 MKV

How can I extract .ASS subtitle file from H264 .MKV file. I want to edit them and insert them into another H264 .MKV file, the secound part is easy, but I can't extract the .ASS file.

Ehm...
MKVExtract GUI it's graphic interface for mkvextract (command line tool) from MKVtoolnix.
Unpack MKVExtract GUI to MKVtoonix folder.
Then run MKVextractGUI.exe.

Eventually...
OGM Cleaver + MKVtoolnix
or Avinaptic (Demux menu).
