DVD Maestro Error

Hi,

I'm using DVD Maestro 2915a on Windows XP Pro. Whenever I try to import any video it gives a "Media Detection Error" message. This happens no matter what type of video I try to import. I have tried a variety of combinations of video and audio codes and all give the same error message. No error is presented Any ideas?

Just what is it that you are trying to import?

I'm not judging your competency, just saying for completeness, that Maestro will only import elementary streams, that is, only *.m2v and *.ac3 streams separately.

If you are trying to import a multiplexed video-and-audio stream then you will get this error.

Do explain what type of file that you are attempting to import.
