Out of sync problem

My video stream in TS doesn't start at IDR-Frame, so I get sync problems.
How can I fix it?

It might help to rename the thread (TS capture - out of synch problem).

I am not sure if this tool can re-sync your file, but you might try it:

It doesn't work :(
Some parts of the video don't have audio, so after I encode it, it is out of sync.
