EVOB demux problem (batman begins)

Hi so I recently tried to backup my batman begins hddvd but every time I tried to demux the feature evob i ended up with only 1hr40min of the movie. I tried rebuilding both the evos into one evo then demuxing but the result was the same. I even tried demuxing both evos desperately and then joining the files but this resulted in 1hr40 from the first evo then 40mins randomly through the movie from the second one.

i'm using evodemux.

has anyone had the same problems or is there something I can try.

Try to demux it with TsMuxer (http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?t=134104) using "append" feature.
