Add subs to a existing ACVHD, How?

I have a burned AVCHD that i want to add some subs with tsMuxer, but i cant onpen the disc, my drive wont recognize it (UDF 2.5) and i hac«ve the ISO also but cant open it...

You need UDF 2.5 drivers.

Use Any HD DVD and rip it like you rip Blu-Rays, after you finish you should have two folders BDMV and CERTIFICATE and then in tsmuxer load m2ts file from BDMV\STREAM and and subtitles
