How does one rip the "play all" PGC of DVD with individual episodes in a manner that it will encode correctly.
i.e. i can rip the play all PGC, and I have a video of length 1:19:24. However, when I demux the audio, I get an audio mux of 1:19:19
i.e. not the same. I'm guessing due to gaps b/w episodes where there is no audio, just blank frames and when playing via IFO it knows how to handle that.
Anyways, was wondering if anyone had any reccomendations on how to do this right?

hmm, used dvdfab to rip it (Even with the above mentioned discrepency) and automkv to encode it, and it worked well.
wondering what it did to make it work, but not complaining.

It's likely the PGC just links episodes, so if you know which PGC it is when you play it back, you can aim to rip that PGC and thus all the episodes.

yea, the problem I've had in the past though is that it doesn't quite work well that way, as audio and video got out of sync. but perhaps w/ new ripper it works fine.

Cheers Matey,
Your quick response is much appreciated.
Just checked the link out. Excellent source for video and image capturing. Just wanted to clarify that for my support query, I found the section on VGA/RGB capture most helpful.
