For some reason, I cannot get the preview screen to enlarge to full screen. I click on the preview screen and the preview screen goes black, I hear the audio, but it never goes to full screen. I just installed shrink on this computer tonight, however, I also intalled it on my other, identical, computer earlier and it works fine...any suggestions?
