Batch audio Demux tool?

What a want to do: Drag and drop a bunch of AVI or MKV movie files into a tool, have it identify the audio streams with little checkboxes for me to select or unselect, then hit a fat button labeled "Demux" -- and it stream-copies them all out into their source AC3, MP3, WAV, Vorb, or whatever.
