how can u know if the person has ripped from a cce
or there is no way you can know??

As far as I know, there's not often a guaranteed way to tell. I'd be curious myself, if there was a way to know for sure. Sometimes the colorimetry output, or the quantisation matrix used can be a giveaway, but those things won't tell you definitively in all cases.
