View Full Version : FLV Extract does not run anymore

Title pretty much says it all. Upon double-clicking on the executable, nothing happens. An examination of the task manager shows that the application is not even loaded. What could be the cause of that and what would you suggest me as a way to extract the v2 timecodes and MP3 audio from an FLV?

.NET Framework 2.0 is installed?
If yes, other apps based on .NET Framework 2.0 run or not?

BTW
Can use other apps to extract audio from FLV (Avidemux, FFmpeg, MPlayer/MEncoder, ...).
But timecodes... i'm know only FLV Extract.

Yes, .Net framework 2.0 and 3.0 are installed. I also tried MEGUI as per your advice and you're right, it doesn't work either. The only thing that could have done this is a windows update as I think it had some .NET 2.0 updates.

Hmm... try re-install .NET Framework 2.0.

I tried that and got into some issues like not being able to repair/uninstall the 2.0 framework due to some .MSI missing. I wound up using the .Net cleanup tool, installing the 3.5 redistributable and now it's all working. Thanks for your help, Placio74 http://smilies.vidahost.com/otn/wink/thumb.gif.
