Inverse Telecine on a non standart telecined material

Hello,
I am trying to rip some music videos from my DVD of Mika.
My DVD is R1 so NTSC (29.97fps)
The DVD is not truly interlaced as there are some progressive frames.

I don't know how I can handle this kind of telecine.

Well, there's definitely some blended fields there,so I think it's a PAL - > NTSC conversion.

Seems to work pretty well to me! It looks clean, and the motion looks smooth. Some blending remains but not much!
