Hello,
Anyone knows if some tool can apply the correct audio delay to a Dolby True HD audio track?
I tried eac3to, TsRemux, but they doesn't seem to do it. I know it does well for (E)AC3 tracks.
Thanks.

The newest version of TSMuxer does it automatically.
Can you guide me on how to do it? It does not even detect the THD audio track in my EVO. Could it be because there is no AC3 core in it? Is it possible to have a THD track without an AC3 core? Can we apply the correct delay to those?
Thanks!

What version of TSMuxer are you using? There's really nothing to it, it just detects the delay automatically when you open the EVO in TSMuxer.
Are you getting other audio tracks listed? Also, what disc is this for?
I'm using the latest which seems to be 1.8.4
No it doesn't detect the track, but yes it does see the other EAC3 track.
My source is the Harry Potter GOF HD-DVD

Thats really odd. I own Flight of the Phoenix and had no issues. Unfortunately I cant speak to GoF as I dont own the disc nor have I had any chance to check out what type of data it has. Sorry...you may have to get help from someone else unfortunately
I think this is why... Look at this one:
M2TS, 1 video track, 5 audio tracks, 1:26:52
1: Chapters, 20 chapters
2: VC-1, 1080p24 /1.001 (16:9)
3: AC3, English, 5.1 channels, 640kbit/s, 48khz, dialnorm: -27dB
4: AC3, French, 5.1 channels, 640kbit/s, 48khz, dialnorm: -27dB
5: AC3, Spanish, 5.1 channels, 640kbit/s, 48khz, dialnorm: -27dB
6: TrueHD/AC3, English, 5.1 channels, 48khz, dialnorm: -27dB
7: AC3, English, 2.0 channels, 192kbit/s, 48khz, dialnorm: -27dB
And this one...
EVO, 2 video tracks, 5 audio tracks, 4 subtitle tracks, 1:18:07
1: VC-1, 1080p24 /1.001 (16:9)
2: VC-1, 480p30 /1.001 (3:2), 667ms
3: E-AC3, 5.1 channels, 640kbit/s, 48khz, dialnorm: -27dB, 667ms
4: TrueHD, 5.1 channels, 48khz, dialnorm: -27dB, 667ms
5: E-AC3, 5.1 channels, 640kbit/s, 48khz, dialnorm: -27dB, 667ms
6: E-AC3, 5.1 channels, 640kbit/s, 48khz, dialnorm: -27dB, 667ms
7: E-AC3, 2.0 channels, 192kbit/s, 48khz, dialnorm: -27dB
8: Subtitle
9: Subtitle
10: Subtitle
11: Subtitle
We can see that one is TrueHD/AC3 (probably the AC3 core) and the other one is TrueHD only. The TrueHD only cannot be delayed.
But hey thanks very much for your hints!
