Ripping to iso?

what softwares rip dvds to iso's? i know dvd shrink does it but are there any others? also what about blue ray disks? is there anything that will rip them to iso's? thanks everyone

As smok3 said Dvddecrypter will do it, or you can use whatever tool you want and create an iso with Magiciso.
