This error pops up during the rebuild phase. What does it mean and how do I overcome it?

It's an access error. The problem is at the operating system level. For some reason DVD-RB has been refused access in attempting to read from the file.

Yeah, I had found a corrupt m2v (the source is OK) that caused DVD-RB to abort and am trying a variety of work arounds now.

It was bad sectors on the drive with the working path. Seagate Tools fixed the drive.
