Open the file in mkvmerge GUI and look under the Attachments tab. If your attachment shows up there, select it, press remove and save the file with another name.

It's not there!
But mkvinfo tells otherwise.
I even tried to add my own attachments - they do not show themselves there too.

OK, second try then...

If you just want to remove the attachment, then load the mkv into mkvmerge GUI, select the input file, check No attachments, and mux into a new file. The new mkv won't have the attachment.

If you want to extract the attachment, install MatroskaProp (http://www.jory.info/downloads/MatroskaPropv2.8.exe) with the default options. Now right click on the original mkv file, Properties -> Matroska Attachments. Your attachment should show up there. Select it, and Save As.

Yeah, unfortunately, you have to remove all attachments, and extract & reattach only the ones you want to keep, to remove any of them.

@unskinnyboy, extracting can be done with mkvextract :) I have no fear of command line. I only want to remove some fonts and add others instead... will try to do it - like you said.
I also think it's a good new feature for next mkvmerge (MKVToolnix) version.

@foxyshadis, к сожалению :)
