So I'm using Reclock in PowerDVD to speed up HD-DVD's from 23.976 to 24.000 Hz. What I'm trying to figure out is why 2 versions of reclock open up.
I've spent a lot of time trying to get smooth playback, but still can't get it to run smooth with Reclock speeding up to 24FPS and running my screen in 48Hz.
Does Reclock work correctly with PowerDVD to speed up HD-DVD to 24fps?
