im trying this settings on "The Crimson River" and the quality isnt satisfying me (horrible english.. i know :) )
the movie its a 106min. with some action scenes
and im getting a 715mb file (with the 105mb of the VBR mp3)
is there some advice that i'm missing?

Set min quality to 0 or 1(or the movie will be oversized).Lower MCfactor etc 10 lower min kbs 320

I guess you have problem with the actionscenes?
and if you set MCfactor to 10 you will take less bitrate from the actionscenes

perhaps i could use some filter, wjhat you think?
and i think that im having problems with the quality at low motion scenes actually :(
it looks really bad
