VC-1 players?

I can play this stream with MPC, but any seeking is excruciatingly slow. VLC would only play the audio, with total file time listed as 0:00:00. Seeking actually seems to work fine though. Same result with other VC1 files I've tried to play in both.

What other options are out there to play these videos?

Hmm thanks, the codec from the WM11 SDK seems to have fixed the MPC slow seek problem I had using the WM10 DMO.

may i ask a noob question, how to cut ts files...
