it plays mp4 files

i asume it's mp4 video h264 (x264) + aac audio ?

in megui if i use the ipod profile , is that a good choise or can i use a more standard profiles what use cabac, b frame and more ?
bitrate of 650kbps 480*272
audio nero aac 162kbps
in mp4 , if i use this must that work ?

olso in megui , i need to open each files 1 per 1
(source video is mkv (x264 +aac or ac3)
i have more than 1000 video's to convert to mp4 (video clips)

is there a solution to open all files and crop them to 480*272 ?

i notice olso an other problem, my old mkv's what i maked in 2005 with virtualdub, i m unable to open them in megui
got an error message
